What data I collect

Data you provide me:

• Name and surname
• Email address
• Billing address
• Shipping address, when you purchase physical products
• Contact phone number (optional, for delivery management)

Automatically generated data: device and browser information, IP address, pages you visit within the store, and cookies.

What I never see: your full card details. Payments are processed securely and encrypted through Shopify's payment gateways. I do not store or have access to your banking information.

What I use your data for

Each piece of data has a clear purpose, like every clip on a timeline:

• To deliver your purchase. Sending you the download link if it's a digital product, or managing shipping to your door if it's a physical product.
• To communicate with you. Order confirmations, shipping updates, and responses to your inquiries.
• To comply with the law. Invoicing and taxes according to Belgian and European regulations.
• To improve the store. Understanding what content interests you to offer a better experience.
• To send you news, only if you voluntarily subscribe. No spam, and you can unsubscribe with one click.

Scene 03

Physical products and shipping

When you purchase a physical product, I will share strictly necessary data —name, shipping address, and contact phone number— with the shipping company responsible for delivering your order. Only that. Not a single piece of data beyond what is essential for your package to reach its destination.

Scene 04

Cookies and advertising

• Essential cookies: keep your cart active and your session logged in. Without them, the store does not function.
• Analytics cookies: help me understand how the website is used to improve it.
• Advertising cookies: third-party providers, including Google, use cookies, web beacons, and IP addresses to display ads based on your previous visits to this website or other internet sites. Google's advertising cookie allows Google and its partners to show you ads based on your browsing.

With whom I share your data

I never sell your data. Never. I only share it with the essential services for the store to function:

• Shopify: the platform that powers this store and processes orders.
• Payment gateways: to process your purchases securely and encrypted.
• Shipping companies: solely to deliver your physical orders.
• Analytics and advertising services (like Google): anonymous or pseudonymous browsing data.

All these providers comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

Scene 06

Your rights

The director's cut is yours. Being in the European Union, the GDPR gives you full control over your data. You can exercise your right to:

• Access the data I hold about you
• Rectify any incorrect information
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Limit or object to the processing of your data
• Portability: receive your data in a format you can take with you
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without justification

To exercise these rights, please write to me via the store's contact form. I will respond within the legal period of 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority if you believe your data has not been processed correctly.

Scene 07

How long I keep your data

• Orders and billing: the period required by Belgian tax law.
• Newsletter subscription: until you decide to unsubscribe.
• Browsing and cookies: according to the duration of each type of cookie.

When they are no longer needed, they are deleted. Like discarded clips from an edit: off the timeline, forever.

Changes to this policy

This store evolves, and this policy may also change. If I make significant changes, I will update this page and indicate the date of the last review.
