Who is behind the camera

This store is operated by Visión Creativa BE, a photography and videography studio based in De Haan, Belgium. By purchasing or browsing on visioncreativabe.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, I ask that you do not use the store.

To use this store, you must be of legal age in your country of residence, or have the consent of your legal guardian.

Act 02

What you will find in the store

• Digital products: Cinematic LUTs, Lightroom presets, and PowerGrades for DaVinci Resolve, delivered by immediate download after purchase.
• Physical products: items that will be shipped to your address via transport companies, with the deadlines and costs indicated for each product at the time of purchase.

I strive to display each product with the utmost accuracy, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen—anyone who works with color grading knows this better than anyone. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated in the store and may be updated without prior notice; the valid price is always the one in effect at the time of your purchase.

Act 03

Digital Product Use License

By purchasing a digital product, you acquire a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use it in your projects, both personal and commercial. That is:

• You can use the LUTs, presets, and PowerGrades in your videos, photos, and client work, with no project limit.

What the license does not allow:

• Reselling, gifting, sharing, or redistributing the files, neither for free nor for a fee.
• Including them in other packs, products, or services for third parties.
• Publishing them on download platforms, forums, or exchange networks.
• Modifying them to resell as your own product.

The files are the result of years of work behind the camera and in front of the monitor. Respecting the license is what allows this project to continue creating.

Act 04

Payments

Payments are processed securely and encrypted through Shopify's payment gateways. I do not store or have access to your full card details. The order is considered confirmed once full payment is received, and you will receive confirmation in your email.

Act 05

Deliveries and shipping

Digital products: You will receive the download link in your email immediately after completing the purchase. If you don't see it, check your spam folder; and if it still doesn't appear, write to me and we'll resolve it.

Physical products: Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are indicated during the purchase process according to your location. I will do everything possible to meet the deadlines, although transport companies may experience delays beyond my control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact me and we will track it together.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional re-shipping costs.

Act 06

Returns and right of withdrawal

Physical products: As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, without needing to provide a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition. Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product arrives defective or incorrect, in which case I will cover all expenses and send you a replacement or a full refund.

Digital products: As these are immediate download contents, the right of withdrawal expires once the download begins, as permitted by European regulations and expressly accepted by you upon completing the purchase. That said, if a file arrives damaged or does not correspond to what was described, write to me: my commitment is that every purchase works as it should.

Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Act 07

Intellectual property

All content in this store—products, texts, photographs, videos, logos, and design—is the property of Visión Creativa BE and is protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you the use license described in Act 03, but it does not transfer ownership or copyrights over the files.

Act 08

Limitation of Liability

Digital products are offered "as is." It is your responsibility to check compatibility with your software before purchasing (requirements are indicated for each product). I am not responsible for specific creative results—the final color grading always depends on the source material and your artistic judgment—nor for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. Nothing in these terms limits the rights recognized by European consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Act 09

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium and the applicable regulations of the European Union, without prejudice to the protections you are entitled to as a consumer in your country of residence. I may update these terms as the store evolves; the current version will always be the one published on this page, with its revision date.
