Digital Products: Instant Delivery

LUTs, Lightroom presets, and PowerGrades don't travel by truck: they arrive in your email immediately after completing your purchase, with the download link.

• Check your inbox and spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
• Download links are tied to your order; save them in a safe place.
• If the email doesn't arrive or the link fails, write to me and I'll resend it at no cost.

Digital products never incur shipping costs.

Physical Products: Shipping Zones

Physical products are prepared and shipped from Belgium via tracked shipping companies. Available shipping zones, along with their exact costs and delivery times, are displayed during the checkout process based on your address, before payment confirmation. No surprises in the final frame.

As a general reference:

• Belgium: shortest delivery times, usually a few business days.
• European Union: intermediate delivery times depending on the destination country.
• Rest of the world: longer delivery times, also subject to customs procedures (see Shot 05).

Preparation and Tracking

• Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow its progress shot by shot to your door.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin preparation on the next business day.

Your Address: The Final Destination

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. Please review it before confirming, just as you review your framing before shooting:

• If you find an error in the address, write to me as soon as possible; if the order has not yet shipped, I will correct it without issue.
• Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional re-shipping costs at the buyer's expense.

Customs and Taxes (Outside the EU)

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to tariffs, taxes, or import fees according to the regulations of the destination country. These costs, when applicable, are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order price or shipping costs. Customs procedures may also add days to the delivery time, which is beyond my control and that of the shipping company.

Delays, Losses, and Damages

• Delays: shipping companies may experience delays due to circumstances beyond my control (peak season, weather, logistical incidents). If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please write to me and we will track it together.
• Lost Order: if tracking stops and the package doesn't appear, I will open an investigation with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed, I will reship your order or refund the full amount. You lose nothing.
• Damaged Order: if the package arrives damaged or the product is damaged, take a photo of the packaging and contents and write to me within 48 hours of delivery. The Refund Policy applies: replacement or full refund, with all costs covered by me.

As the store incorporates new physical products, shipping zones, or carriers, this page will be updated to reflect them. The current version is always the one published here, with its revision date.
